Came across this install of the iPad today when a friend shot me a IM and showed it to my on Youtube.com. It made me realize how cool this item could really be. I like the whole idea of the tablet, but I was hoping for some more features on the iPad then it came out with (such as camera for skype use, usb ports, multi-tasking ect). I personally am going to wait and  see what the the market comes out to compete with the iPad or at least wait for version 2.0.

Anyway about the vid ….. It was a install done in a Toyota Tacoma from a guy called Sound Man. Looks like they are using  a McIntosh 6 channel amplifier MCC406M, and a special iPod dock which allows the digital signal to be pulled from the iPad and distributed to the BitOne via optical output. Well its official! There will be a fifth film in the Fast and the Furious franchise. Vin Diesel originally said there will be a 5th and 6th movie on his Facebook page but there was never any mention from the film studios that it indeed was going to produce the film(s). Well this all changed as their has since been and official announcement indeed confirming that there will be at least a 5th film that has been officially dubbed “Fast Five” (not sure if this is the actual title or if this is just what they are using for reference).

The cast will include Vin Diesel, and Paul Walker, along with director Justin Lin.  On top of that they are bring back Chris Morgan the screen play writer, as he was the writer of the Original and Tokyo drift,  by far the two best films of the franchise.

Maserati recently held a competition along with Architectural Digest for a “Design Driven” Garage. The contest was looking for the ultimate garages in both built and concept form, to house their beautiful cars and were judged on “noted architectural element, uniqueness and individuality. The winners include a table driven concept that places the car in three different positions and the other acts more like a show room / living room then and actual garage.
